Nothing will ever be the same...

So, I realize I am probably the world's worst blogger and I apologize for that. But do not worry, my readers, I am planning on spending many hours, when I get back, to write about all my adventures that I had here. Who knew I'd be so busy having fun and exploring a place that I have grown to love with all my heart? So sorry again, my friends. Even though I'll be back in America, please don't stop reading my blog, because there will be a lot of updates soon!

Today is my last day in London. I have already said goodbye to a lot of my really good friends that I've made here. I've shed quite a few tears, reminisced while looking through old photos, loaded up on my favorite chocolate (btw, I am not looking forward to American candy... yuck.), walked to Nottinghill Gate Tube station for the last time, shopped at Sainsbury and Tesco for the last time, and had my last lunch and dinner. It's a sad thought that I'm leaving this all behind. I feel like I've grown so much and had so many wonderful experiences and I'm not quite sure how I'll explain it all in a blog post like this. It feels like nothing will ever be the same. Sure, I'll see the people that I'm living with in America, but it just won't be the same. I guess that's something that comes with dreaded change.

Although I am sad to leave my London town I am so excited to get back to the states.

So, I thought for my last post from London I'd make a few lists... since I love doing that.

Some things I will miss in London:

15. Going to class barefoot and in pjs.
14. Markets--- Camden has the best food ever.
13. Westend Shows. It was so nice deciding last minute to go and then go 15 minutes before a show starting and get in.
12. Caramel Digestives
11. Tea time
10. Laughing so hard at the lack of communication in my room
9. "Please Mind the gap between the train and the platform"
8. Diet Coke. It's so much better here!
7. Cadbury Caramel Nibbles. Actually all Cadbury chocolate... or just chocolate in general
6. Good crepes
5. Well-behaved dogs (and super cute!)
4. The spacious, green parks--- gotta love Regents and Hyde Park
3. Living minutes from Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster and London Eye and tons of other sites
2. Primark
1. The friends I have made in the center

Things I will definitely NOT miss:

1. Not being able to cook for myself
2. The really sketchy internet
3. The conversion rate--everything is so expensive
4. The smell of the tube
5. Having to travel hours to get to church every Sunday
6. Always breathing in cigarette smoke
7. The community bathroom
8. The London Centre's food
9. "Next lift"
10. Having to pay to use the bathroom

Things I am very excited for:

1. Tyson :)
2. Family and Friends
3. Netflix
4. Catching up on my T.V. Shows
5. Cafe Rio and other good food
6. My entire wardrobe
7. cooking
8. good internet
9. Being able to earn money again
10. Driving

There are many other things that I could list and write about. And there's much more that I could say about my time here in London. But that would take hours... probably even days to do so. So, I'll spare you all.

Keep your eyes open for more updates... and I'll see some of you real soon!
